PRICING AND PAYMENT

 

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card. Payment is deducted upon placement of order. Payment details will be encrypted, and transactions are handled by our payment processors, Wix Payments via Adyen N.V or Stripe Inc. 

 

We welcome bank transfers; your order will not be dispatched until the full amount of the order to DI CLASSE LONDON bank account has been confirmed. Please allow 3 working days for the payment to process.

DI CLASSE London does not store customer card details.

 

Prices include the current rate VAT of 20%

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

 

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the time you place your order, subject to stock availability. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. In the event that delays may occur, you will be notified by DI CLASSE London directly. 

 

For made to order items, please contact us for a lead time.

If multiple parcels are required, the shipping cost of the larger parcel will be automatically applied.

Orders within the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcelforce, DX or DPD – depending on the items you have ordered. 

 

All orders will be trackable. Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Although we hope that you are happy with your purchase, we understand that online orders do not always meet expectations. 

 

If you wish to return items, please email us with your order reference, reason for return and your contact details. We accept returns provided that the items are received by us within 14 days of receipt, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Goods must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition with instructions, accessories/parts and retained in original packaging. 

 

The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable means for the product return. We advise using a trackable delivery method. DI CLASSE London are not responsible for returns, and we cannot process returns that we have not received.

 

Once the items have been received and after satisfactory inspection, DI CLASSE London will issue an exchange, credit voucher or refund, excluding the value of postage. 

 

Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

 

Made to Order

 

Made to order items are non-returnable.

 

Damages during Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for their items once handed over by the courier. In the event that you find your order was damaged during transit, you have a 48-hour period from receipt in which to make a claim; please email us photographs in the case of physical damage to the product(s). DI CLASSE London will then offer an exchange or credit voucher equal to product value, valid for 1 year. Any claims made after the 48-hour period will be rejected. 

 

 

 

Faulty items and Warranty

 

Prior to dispatch, all items are checked and inspected by DI CLASSE London.

All DI CLASSE products come with a 1-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, (excluding Sample sale products).

No returns will be accepted under warranty on: accidentally damaged items or product malfunction due to misuse and incorrect installation, defects due to improper use, normal wear and tear or ageing. 

Customers are responsible for the return of faulty items. Trackable delivery service is advised.

 

Please note that Sample Sale products do not come with a warranty and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

If the product cannot be repaired, DI CLASSE Lomdon will offer a replacement, an exchange or a credit voucher for the product value, valid for 1 year.

 

Returns from the EU

 

As of January 2021, the EU processes trade with the UK as a non-EU country. Customers may have to pay local taxes or duties in the receiving country before claiming the goods. These charges will depend on the destination country. Returns from the EU may be subject to taxes and duties on the UK; these costs will be borne by the customer if you return the item. Please note that DI CLASSE are not responsible for any local taxes and duties payable in the EU on delivery and returns.

 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

You may cancel or amend your order within 48 hours of the order being placed. A full refund will be issued by us, to your original payment method – please allow up to 14 days for processing.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order after 48 hours, only a credit voucher can be issued. If your order has not yet been dispatched, the credit voucher for the full order value can be issued within 48 hours.

If the order has been dispatched and is already out for delivery, the voucher will only be issued once the goods are returned to us. DI CLASSE London are not responsible for the postage of returns.

 

If you wish to cancel made to order items where production has begun, 50% of the full order value will be charged and the rest credited as a voucher valid for 1 year.

 

 

 

REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY POLICY

 

When registering an account with us, you are required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date details: name, surname, email address, billing/delivery address and password.

 

Upon registering, you will automatically be subscribed to our newsletter. If you would like to opt out of this, please email us at contact@di-classe.co.uk to be taken off our mailing list.

 

Your details will be kept confidential. DI CLASSE London will not share your personal details with any third parties. 

 

 

OUR RIGHTS

 

We may cancel your order if there is insufficient stock to deliver. You will be notified via email and refunded the full amount via the original payment method. We are not obliged to offer further compensation.

 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the conditions of use of our website.
